OUR STORY
In 1994, a small interior repair operation in Houston started working dealer accounts. The work was straightforward. What kept showing up at every lot was not.
Vehicles sat in recon backlogs. Three vendors blamed each other for the delay. A general manager had no reliable answer on when a car would be frontline ready. Nobody owned the outcome.
Brandon Berryman came up as a technician in that environment. He ran his own dealer route. He watched the same workflow problem repeat at every account — not a different version of it, the exact same one. Dealerships managing four or five recon vendors independently, no single point of accountability, and handoffs between vendors eating days of retail-ready time that dealers couldn't recover at the front end.
He built a solution around the simplest possible architecture: one vendor, one invoice, one flat per-car rate. Full reconditioning scope handled in a single visit. On-site.
The dealers who tried it didn't go back.
Brandon became co-owner. He bought out his partner in 2016. He built the infrastructure to run that model at scale — same standard, more lots, more markets, more vehicles.
All-Pro now operates across 22+ states. More than 1,400 technicians. 40,000 vehicles reconditioned per month. 250+ dealer partners. The scope now covers paintless dent repair, paint correction, interior repair and restoration, auto glass, wheel reconditioning, detailing, appearance products, and 360 vehicle photography.
