How Dana Allen-Khmous runs the South Region

Walking a dealership lot, an Area Operations Manager has a few minutes with a service writer between calls and maybe less with a used car manager between appraisals. Dana Allen-Khmous treats those windows as the job. She asks specific questions, tracks the answers, and follows up before the next visit. That approach has built her two years of standing accounts across the South Region territory for All-Pro Auto Reconditioning, where reconditioning quality and time-to-line decide whether a unit goes front-line ready this week or sits on the lot another seven days. In April, over a dozen of her dealer contacts wrote 5-star Google reviews naming her directly. She does not treat that as luck.

William Byron finished seventh in the AdventHealth 400 at Kansas Speedway on April 19, 2026, posting the strongest result of the season for the No. 24 All-Pro Auto Reconditioning Chevrolet. Byron ran a clean race on the 1.5-mile oval in Kansas City, Kansas. The 267-lap event went without a natural caution until Cody Ware spun near the white flag, sending the race to overtime. Tyler Reddick took the overtime victory, collecting his fifth win of the 2026 season. Kyle Larson finished second, Chase Briscoe third, and Denny Hamlin fourth. Byron crossed the line seventh, ahead of teammate Chase Elliott in eighth.

William Byron finished 13th in the DuraMax Texas Grand Prix at Circuit of the Americas on March 1, 2026. It was the first NASCAR Cup Series race of the season for the No. 24 All-Pro Auto Reconditioning Chevrolet. Byron ran inside the top 10 through much of the day on the 3.41-mile circuit in Austin, Texas. A road course with 20 turns and significant tire-management demands, COTA tends to reward drivers who can balance aggression with patience across a long green-flag run. Byron held his position through much of the race before dropping back in the closing laps. Tyler Reddick took the win, with Shane van Gisbergen and Christopher Bell rounding out the top three.

All-Pro Auto Reconditioning has acquired OOBE, one of the country's largest dealership vehicle photography companies. It is the first acquisition in the company's 30-year history. OOBE adds professional vehicle photography to the services All-Pro already delivers: mechanical reconditioning, cosmetic work, and vehicle logistics through its Active Car Valet subsidiary. The acquisition means a dealership working with APAR can now go from vehicle intake to online listing without coordinating a separate photography vendor. That's the logic behind what All-Pro calls its Single Vendor Solution: fewer handoffs, less coordination, faster turnaround.

The paint scheme William Byron will carry at four 2026 race weekends was revealed December 2, 2025, with Hendrick Motorsports releasing official imagery December 10. The design runs on Byron's No. 24 Chevrolet at APAR's four primary race appearances: Circuit of the Americas on March 1, Kansas Speedway on April 19, North Wilkesboro Speedway, and Talladega Superspeedway. Those four venues span the full range of what NASCAR races on: a street circuit, a mile oval, a short track, and a superspeedway.

Trey Watson spent years working independently on dealership lots as a vehicle photographer. The accountability is total and the feedback is immediate. In 2020, Trey and his wife relocated to Alabama to be closer to her family. He joined All-Pro Auto Reconditioning as a Lot Coordinator in Birmingham, a shift from solo work to production-line coordination that required a different way of thinking about the job. As a Lot Coordinator, he was responsible for keeping vehicles moving through the full reconditioning sequence: detail, wheels, paint.

When a technician finishes a job at a dealership, the next step happens at a desk in the All-Pro home office. Cody Henderson, Accounts Receivable Lead, picks up where the field work ends, making sure the invoice is accurate, the billing clears within 30 days, and both the dealership and the field team stay on the same page about what's owed and when. Cody leads a four-person team that monitors the entire billing cycle for All-Pro's dealership accounts. The job requires tracking aging balances, following up on outstanding invoices, and coordinating between technicians confirming job details, internal teams managing timelines, and dealership contacts resolving questions.

All-Pro Auto Reconditioning is the primary sponsor of William Byron's No. 24 Chevrolet at Hendrick Motorsports for four NASCAR Cup Series race weekends in 2026, part of a multi-year deal announced June 24, 2025. The partnership began with two primary appearances in 2025 at the Chicago Street Race and Darlington Raceway. It expands to four primary race weekends in 2026, and by 2028 the agreement calls for six primary appearances per season. APAR joins the No. 24 program as it grows, not after it peaks.

When a subcontracted detail crew didn't show up on New Year's Eve during an All-Pro California startup, Dennis Lege called the owner, found the nearest auto parts store, and started a detailing division. That's not a story Dennis tells to impress anyone. It's just how things worked in the early days. That's still how he thinks about the job. Dennis has been Director of Procurement and Fixed Operations at All-Pro Auto Reconditioning for nearly 12 years. Before that, he spent decades in dealership body shops, starting at 12 or 13 years old sweeping floors in his father's paint and body business and working his way up to management. By the time he reached All-Pro, he had overseen the build-out of a new dealership body shop from construction through equipment, eventually helping it become one of the top four Toyota-certified collision centers in the Gulf States region.

As Director of Operations, his job is to keep that whole structure producing, consistently, across markets that don't look anything alike. He has been at this long enough to know that consistency doesn't come from systems alone.

In 2017, Mykel Crumb walked into an All-Pro Auto Reconditioning home office of six people and took the most entry-level job available: posting payments received from customers. He knew the company was small. He took the role anyway. He didn't grow out of it. He grew with it. Today Mykel is a Senior Staff Accountant, a role he reached by moving from posting clerk to accounts receivable team lead, then to his current position overseeing broader financial operations for a company that now has over 1,400 field associates, a full floor of home office staff, and operations across 20+ states. The six-person office he walked into doesn't exist anymore. The culture he joined still does.
